What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (50% part-time) with a solid background in accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will support our administrative and financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including correspondence, document management, and meeting coordination
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and payment schedules
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
  • Support HR and office management functions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Abacus, or similar)
  • Experience in a multinational or consulting environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg accounting standards and regulations is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Strong communication skills in English, French and German (written and spoken)
  • Discretion with confidential information

Only candidates residing in Luxembourg or EU citizens willing to relocate to Luxembourg will be considered for this position.
